Hollie Buccellato

Hollie was drawn to dentistry by a love for helping others and a desire to work in healthcare. At 19, while in college, her childhood dentist trained her as a dental assistant, sparking a passion that led her to hygiene school.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and friends—especially at The University of Alabama or on Little Lagoon, where she’s always smiling. A former high school cheerleader (Go Rebels!), she brings high energy, a competitive spirit, and a positive attitude wherever she goes.

She lives by a few guiding mottos: If it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right. All things work together for the good of those who love the Lord. And Be kind—everyone has a struggle you know nothing about.

Tesha Swindle

Tesha has always been drawn to the medical field, and after becoming a mother, she thoughtfully explored career paths that aligned with raising a family. Joining a family-oriented dental practice proved to be the perfect fit and one of the best decisions she’s ever made.

When she’s not at work, Tesha is happiest relaxing at home with her family. Her children became her purpose the moment they were born. An avid reader, she considers books her favorite escape.

Born and raised in lower Baldwin County, Tesha is proud to call the area home—though one day she hopes to fulfill her dream of traveling through Europe. Her favorite quote, by Benjamin Franklin, says it best: “Lost time is never found again.

Shannon Davis
RDH

Shannon was drawn to a career in dentistry through her long-standing interest in healthcare and her passion for helping others. She loves that dentistry makes a visible difference in patients’ confidence and overall well-being, and she values building long-term relationships while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for.

Outside of work, Shannon is happiest spending time with family and friends—making memories, exploring new places, and enjoying time on the water. A former collegiate tennis player, she also loves to unwind with a good book, especially while relaxing on the beach.

Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Shannon has been married to her husband for 15 years and is a proud mom to two children, Hays and Charlotte. Her favorite quote by Jane Goodall reflects her outlook on life: “What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.

Megan Black

Megan was drawn to dentistry from a young age after growing up with positive experiences at the dentist. Those early visits inspired her desire to create the same comfortable, caring environment for her own patients. She enjoys helping patients feel at ease before, during, and after their treatment.

Outside of work, Megan is happiest spending quality time with her son and family.

Michelle Rowan

Michelle gives her mom all the credit for her dental career. At 19, she was encouraged to apply for a dental assistant position with no experience. That opportunity sparked her passion for dentistry and helping others feel confident in their smiles, eventually leading her to hygiene school.

When she’s not caring for patients, Michelle enjoys baking, crafting, gardening, and spending time with her family. She grew up in the Auburn/Opelika area and has called Baldwin County home since 1990. She is a proud mom of a son and daughter-in-law, and she met her soulmate, Daryle, in 2009.

Rhonda Cagle

Rhonda chose dental assisting because she enjoys helping others feel confident about their smiles. Whether she’s assisting patients directly or helping them choose dental insurance that fits their needs, she finds the work both meaningful and rewarding. She’s grateful to be part of a growing practice dedicated to helping others.

Outside of work, Rhonda loves relaxing by her pool with her husband and their two adorable dachshunds. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and tackling DIY home projects. She has been married for 25 years and treasures time spent with her family—especially her pups.

Kelsey Bubien

Kelsey was drawn to a career in healthcare at a young age, with interests in both nursing and dentistry rooted in her desire to help others. She ultimately chose dental hygiene, a path that allows her to care for patients while building meaningful, lasting relationships throughout her career.

When she’s not working, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and exploring new places. Originally from the small town of Winfield, Alabama, she graduated from WCHS in 2001 and Wallace State College in 2004. She is married to her sweet husband and is a proud mom of four. Having lived on the Gulf Coast for the past 10 years, she can’t imagine calling anywhere else home.

Makenzie Willis

Makenzie was drawn to the dental field through her long-standing interest in healthcare, which became clearer after becoming a mother. She found that dentistry offered the perfect balance of supporting family life while still allowing her to help others. She values the appreciation that comes with her work in dentistry and looks forward to growing into a future role in dental hygiene.

Outside of work, Makenzie enjoys spending time with her family, cooking at home, and traveling. Her favorite moments are spent making memories with her children, who mean everything to her. Originally from West Palm Beach, Florida, she moved to Alabama in 2011. She is a proud mom of two and an identical twin to her sister.
